Job Description 


  1. Drive flight ticket sales through Khalti Agents/POS, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Identify new business opportunities by expanding the network of travel agents and onboarding new partners.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue from travel agents.
  4. Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Conduct regular visits to travel agencies to strengthen relationships, provide product updates, and gather feedback.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with Khalti agents and travel agencies, 


  Qualifications and Skills:  

  1. Proven experience in sales, must have in the domestic airlines industry with a focus on flight ticket sales.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Management. 
  3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage and collaborate with travel agents effectively.
  4. Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities to drive sales and secure long-term partnerships.
  5. In-depth knowledge of airline ticketing systems, GDS (Global Distribution System), and industry reservation platforms.
  6. Proficiency in using computer systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed to meet travel agents and attend industry events.
