We seek a driven and experienced Finance Manager to play a key role in driving our financial performance and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for all aspects of our financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and treasury management.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, to ensure efficient resource allocation and optimal financial performance.
- Monitor and analyze financial KPIs such as revenue growth, profitability margins, cash flow, and customer acquisition cost to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings.
- Oversee treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, and capital allocation.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial regulations and standards compliance.
- Manage and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and fintech, incorporating insights into strategic decision-making
- Liaison with NRB, Income tax department, and Internal & External Auditor.
Job Specifications:
- MBA in finance, CA preferred.
- Proven experience (3 years) in a senior finance role, preferably within the fintech industry or a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements relevant to the fintech sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, and accounting software.
