About the job

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account management strategy to build strong relationships with key retail accounts of Digital wallet companies.
  • Identify and prioritize potential retail partners based on market trends, business objectives, and customer needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, establishing and maintaining effective communication channels to address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to develop tailored solutions and strategies for each retail account.
  • Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales techniques, negotiating contracts, and upselling additional products and services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify patterns, preferences, and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Department’s leadership team to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a key requirement for this role.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or a similar role in the retail industry, preferably within the digital wallet or financial technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, market dynamics, and customer behavior in the digital payments industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions,
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with key retail accounts.
