Job Description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and industries.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop new business strategies.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of business proposals, presentations, and pitches.

Develop and nurture client relationships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services to existing clients.

Support business development initiatives:

  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of business development plans, strategies, and tactics.
  • Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to develop and refine products/services based on market feedback.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to represent the company and build a strong professional network.

Track and report on key metrics:

  • Monitor sales performance, revenue growth, and market penetration.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in business development strategies and processes.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to the management team based on data analysis.

Job Specification

  • Education level: Undergraduate (Bachelor)
  • Experience Required: More than equals to 2 years
  • Professional Skills Required: Brand Management, Verbal Communication, Direct Marketing, Interpersonal Skills, Customer  Relationship Management
  • A two-wheeler with a valid license.
  • Generate, maintain, and increase business opportunities with existing and new merchants.
  • Visit merchants and maintain long-term relationships with merchants.
  • Regular business KPI achievements.
  • Formulate marketing and sales plan and facilitate execution of strategy.
  • Undertake competitor analysis and propose new business strategies to approach merchants.
  • Team management.
