As a Service API Domain Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our business by leading the Service API domain. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively closing deals. Your ability to communicate, persuade, and meet sales targets will be critical to your success in this role.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their API service needs.
Communication and Persuasion: Utilize your excellent communication skills to clearly convey the value of our Service API offerings, convincing clients to choose our solutions.
Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities, making persuasive sales pitches, and closing deals.
API Domain Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to Service APIs, and provide leadership and guidance to the team.
Client Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and keep them informed about new offerings and updates.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications and other specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/sales or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Vehicle with driver’s license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of Service APIs or related technology is a plus.
