How to subscribe to Khalti Membership?
To subscribe to any of the Khalti Membership subscription plans, you first need to be a Khalti user. Next, you can follow the procedures mentioned below to Subscribe to the Membership:

- Fill up the required details
- Proceed to Pay

About Membership Cancellation and Refund:
There will be no refund on cancellation of the subscription to Khalti Membership. However, you can cancel the auto-renewal process of your Khalti Membership by the following steps:
- Signup/Login to Khalti
- Go to your Khalti profile
- Click on your Membership subscription
- Tap on Cancel subscription
Terms & Conditions
- The Subscription Package is for KYC Verified users only.
- Both Khalti Club and Khalti Pro will be eligible to Consumers only.
- Subscription will be valid for the period of 1 year.
- Users will receive a Coupon with Promocode each month for Movies/Events. The Promocode can be applied in a particular service (Movie or Event Tickets) and receive Cashback.
- Once the package is subscribed, a refund upon cancellation is not available
- Khalti reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time without any prior notice.
- If you have prepaid fees for a Paid Subscription and in any condition, Khalti discontinues prior to the end of your subscription period, Khalti will refund the prepaid fees for any unused part.
- Khalti may, from time to time, revise the price for the paid subscription including recurring subscription fees. We will communicate any price changes to you in advance on reasonable notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.
- Subject to applicable law, by continuing to use the premium features after the price change takes effect, you will have accepted the new price. If you do not agree to a price change, you can reject the change by unsubscribing prior to the price change going into effect.
- Subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions. Khalti grants you limited, non-exclusive, and non-distributable permission to make personal, non-commercial use of the services. These terms do not grant you any rights to use any Brand features of Khalti including but not limited to trademarks, logos, domains, names, and any other features whether for commercial or non-commercial use.
- Khalti may assign any or all of these Terms and may assign or delegate, in whole or in part, any of its rights or obligations under these Terms. You may not assign these Terms, in whole or in part, nor transfer or sub-license your rights under these Terms, to any third party.
