We are delighted to inform you all that Khalti and the Bank of Kathmandu (BOK) have associated to further encourage the use of digital payments across the country. With this, BOK users can now load money to the Khalti wallet using multiple mediums such as:

Khalti Bank Direct (Linked account)
E-Banking
Mobile Banking
ATM card

After the user loads their Khalti wallet using the multiple methods they can make payment of all the available services of Khalti and avail Khalti points plus cashback!

How to Load fund in Khalti using Khalti Bank direct from your BOK Bank account?

Signup and Login to Khalti from Khalti App or Web Dashboard using Khalti.com
On the home page tap on “Load Funds” and select “Linked Account”
Now enter the amount you want to load and fill the remarks section as well.
Your fund will be loaded instantly in your Khalti wallet.

How to load Khalti via Bank of Kathmandu E-Banking?

Signup & login to the Khalti app khalti.com/app or website khalti.com
Go to ‘Load Fund’ and tap on ‘E-Banking’
Select ‘BOK’ from the list & Input the amount you want to load and tap ‘LOAD FUND’
The E-Banking portal of BOK will load.
Enter your login credentials of BOK E-Banking and tap on login
Tap on ‘Generate OTP’,
Enter the OTP sent to you via SMS or email, enter your Transaction Password and Tap on ‘Confirm’
Your wallet will be loaded instantly

How to load Khalti via Bank of Kathmandu Mobile Banking?

Signup & login to Khalti app khalti.com/app or website khalti.com
Go to ‘Load Fund’ and tap on ‘Mobile Banking’
Select ‘BOK’ from the given list & enter the amount you want to load and tap ‘LOAD FUND’
The Mobile Banking portal of BOK will load.
Enter your login credentials of BOK Smart and tap on login
Enter the OTP you have received in your mobile number registered in the bank
Confirm all the details and tap on Pay button
Your wallet will be loaded instantly

How to Load Funds to Khalti using Bank of Kathmandu’s ATM Card (Debit/ Credits)?

SignUp and Log in to Khalti from khalti.com/app
Goto ‘Load Fund’ option on the home page and Select ‘VISA/Mastercard’ option
Select the ‘Nepali Debit/Credit Cards’ option
Enter the amount you want to load to Khalti
Enter your BOK’s ATM Card number mentioned, Expiry Date, Name on the Card and CVV Number and enter your email address
Select the device (SMS/Email) where you want to receive the OTP (One Time Password) for security reasons. Once you select the device, you will receive the OTP in the selected device.
Enter the OTP and Tap on Submit button
Your Khalti wallet will be loaded instantly
