Job Profile: 

The B2B Partnership Officer in the Khalti Suraksha will be responsible for driving strategic collaborations with business partners. This role requires expertise in identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with potential and existing partners to expand reach and business in insurance. 

Job Description 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Identify and approach corporate clients to offer insurance solutions. 
  2. Serve as the primary liaison between the clients and insurance providers.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the insurance industry. 
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with company stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships. 
  5. Develop proposals and pitch customized insurance packages tailored to the needs of corporate partners. 
  1. Facilitate smooth communication to ensure partners receive the best solutions and services.
  2.  Support corporate partners in understanding their insurance options and requirements.
  3.  Ensure timely delivery of insurance policies, documentation, and services.
  4.  Conduct regular follow-ups to address client concerns and maintain satisfaction. 
  5. Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, communication, and outcomes.
  6. Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and key metrics for management. 
  7. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership agreements. 
  1. Provide insights and feedback to internal teams based on partner interactions and market trends.
  2. Track and analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure they are meeting agreed-upon objectives. 

Job Specification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or a related field. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance field. 
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting principles, and regulatory frameworks. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
