Job Specification

Education Level

Undergraduate in any IT related field (BIM , BIT , BCIS , Bsc. Csit, BCA etc) or running.


Experience Required

At least 1 year of work experience in the related field

Skills Required

–       Outspoken personality with good communication skills

–       Willing to provide off-hours support if required.

–       IT background is preferable

Other Specification

–       Driving License with own vehicle

–       Ready to make client visits as per requirement

–       Ability to handle pressure

–       Team Lead traits


Job Description:

●        Responsible for Primary Support to new payment gateway integration merchants for integration in onboarding

●        Post onboarding tech/nontech support existing KPG merchants and Bazaar merchants

●        Support in onboarding new bazaar merchants

●        Work Collaboratively for compiling issues reports reported by the Customer support and Bank support departments

●        Handle Government merchants to onboard in Khalti

●        Visit Govt merchants to clear impediments in the Khali onboarding process.
