Job Description:
Strategic Framework Development
- Develop comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Khalti’s overall marketing objectives and business goals
- Create monthly social media calendars with strategic key messages and content themes focused on products and services of Khalti, Fintech industry trends, innovations, and updates
- Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for all social media initiatives
- Align social media strategy with paid media, owned media, and earned media initiatives
Monthly Planning & Content Calendars
- Create detailed monthly content calendars with planned posts across all platforms
- Identify and plan around key industry events, product launches, and seasonal opportunities
- Establish content themes aligned with quarterly marketing campaigns
- Plan content mix: 35% Product/Promotional, 30% Educational, 25% Engagement, 10% Trending
Campaign Management & Execution
Major Campaign Leadership
- Lead major campaigns ensuring social media strategies are fully aligned
- Work closely with interdepartmental teams (Product, Marketing, Business Development) for seamless campaign planning
- Develop integrated social media strategies supporting broader marketing objectives
Daily Team Alignment
- Align the team with strategic requirements and marketing objectives
- Conduct daily to-do meetings assigning tasks and tracking progress
- Provide feedback on content quality and brand alignment
- Monitor team productivity and address blockers
- Foster collaborative team culture focused on excellence and innovation
Cross-Functional Partnerships
- Collaborate with creative team on visual asset development and design alignment
- Work with respective teams on product launch planning and feature highlights
- Engage with customer service for community insights and feedback
- Coordinate with PR and partnerships team on collaborations and mentions
