Job Description:
1. Assist in managing servers, systems, and IT infrastructure
2. Provide user account management and access rights.
3. Perform system monitoring, patching, backups, and routine maintenance.
4. Support IT security practices (endpoint protection, access control, compliance).
5. Collaborate with senior admins on infrastructure upgrades and automation.
6. Training & Support – Help users with system usage, tools, and best practices.
7. VoIP/Communication Systems – Support installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of VoIP servers/systems 8. Network Support – Assist with LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
9. User Support – Provide First level support to system and network issues.
10. Manage SIP trunks, gateways, and PBX systems.
