Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers who have purchased CGH Cable car tickets through the IME Khalti system and assist them in resolving any issues promptly.
- Guide customers with proper information regarding ticket usage, travel processes, and related services.
- Issue physical tickets at the counter upon customer request.
- Facilitate ticket purchases directly from the IME Khalti workstation, including cable car, domestic flights, international flights, and other available services.
- Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and hospitable approach to all visitors.
- Perform daily sales transactions and ensure accurate data entry of all bookings and services.
- Maintain proper records of daily sales and transactions.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to provide daily reports for reconciliation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of ticketing systems (domestic & international preferred)
- Good data entry and record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Basic computer proficiency
