JD – Area Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and activate new Khalti agents through regular field visits.
Business Growth: Support existing agents to increase transactions and achieve monthly business targets.
Brand Visibility: Ensure Khalti branding, sticker pasting, and promotional material placement across the area.
Market Representation: Build relationships with agents/merchants and gather market insights and competitor updates.
Operational Support: Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, system issues, product rollouts, and local campaigns.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily field reports and ensure policy compliance during all field activities.
Requirements:
Minimum +2 (Bachelor’s preferred).
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Experience in similar fields or B2B sales is an added advantage.
Willing to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Local candidates will be given priority.
