Method 1:
By simply entering a username (provided by respective school/colleges)
Here, you are provided with a user name by the respective school/college. All you need to do is to enter the username in the details of the student is displayed. You are required to enter just the amount and remarks section.
Method 2:
Filling a form manually
Here, you will see a simple form. All you need to do is enter all the details asked in the form.

How to pay the fees with Khalti with a Username provided by School/College?
Step 1: Signup and Login to Khalti from Khalti App or Web Dashboard using Khalti.com
Step 2: Tap on the “School fee” icon on the home screen
Step 3: Select your school or college and you will be asked to enter the username (please contact the respective school/college for the username)
Step 4: After entering the username, tap on “Get Details”
Step 5: The automatic details such as student ID, Name, Class, Due Amount, etc. will be displayed,
Step 6: Enter the amount and remarks that you want to add, select any payment option and tap on Submit
Step 7: Confirm the details and tap on Ok to pay. You will get a downloadable receipt from the transaction section in the Khalti app.
How to use the Khalti coupon ( username method)?
Step 1: Signup and Login to Khalti from Khalti App or Web Dashboard using Khalti.com
Step 2: Tap on the “School fee” icon on the home screen
Step 3: Select your school or college
Step 4: Enter the username ( provided by school/college) and your mobile number
Step 5: Right after you fill the amount section tap on a button “I have a coupon”
Step 6:Enter your coupon code and tap on “ Redeem”, your coupon will be redeemed
Step 7: After entering the details tap on “Submit”
Step 8: Confirm the details and tap on “Ok” to pay. You will get a downloadable receipt from the transaction section in the Khalti app
