After the huge success of Khalti Quiz a few years back, Khalti is once again back with its Quiz platform. Khalti Quiz is an interactive game, where you will be asked a number of questions and rewarded for every correct answer. Experience the new Khalti Quiz; play the game and win exciting prizes.

How to Play Khalti Quiz?

To play Khalti Quiz you will find ‘Khalti Quiz’ section in the Menu on Khalti’s Home Screen. 

Inside Khalti Quiz section, you can select two types of categories you want to play: 

1) Daily Free questions: You will be provided with multiple questions every day which you can play for free.

2) Other categories questions: To unlock other categories you need to have sufficient Khalti Points (KP) in your Khalti.

The questions vary from simple general knowledge and many other categories. Some are easy, some are hard and some require really quick answers! All in all, it’s fun all way! 

The more you play and win, the more stars you earn! With every star, score higher on the leaderboard and receive rewards.  Also, you get an extra star as Time Bonus. So make sure you give all the correct answers before time. The rules for the number of questions and time provided per category, along with how many quiz stars you will win are mentioned before you start playing a quiz set of categories. 

What can you earn as a Khalti Rewards?

1) You can get quiz stars for each correct answer in any category which will be assembled for weekly and monthly leaderboards. Based on the stars earned, you will be ranked in the Leaderboards.

2) If you answer all the questions correctly in one category, a ‘Reward Claim’ button will be enabled for the level that you have just completed, and earn a digital scratch card, which you can scratch and get coupons. (These coupons can be redeemed in Khalti services)

3) After answering all questions, if you still have time remaining, you will earn a time bonus too. (all answers should be correct).

4) The users at the top of the leaderboard will win weekly and monthly prizes.

Redeem coupons for Topup, Movie Coupons, Data Pack, and other exciting rewards. 

5) The users can check their overall received rewards in the ‘Quiz Rewards’ section inside the user’s Profile. 

How to be ranked on the Leaderboard?

Users will be ranked in the Leaderboard from high to low according to the Quiz Stars obtained.

 1) The rank in the leaderboard is calculated depending upon the collected number of Quiz Stars and games played by them.

2)The users at the top of the leaderboard will get weekly and monthly prizes. 

3) In cases when multiple players have the same score at the end of the month, winners will be announced via a lucky draw amongst the winners. 

4) Weekly and monthly leaderboards will be reset each month, i.e. weekly and monthly leaderboards will be reset to 0 Quiz Stars, which will reset the rankings in the leaderboards. However, the Total Quiz Stars (earned from the day when a user started playing until the current day) will not reset and will be reflected in their Quiz Profile.

Other Terms And Conditions (T&Cs)

• This program is applicable for Khalti’s Android and iOS mobile Apps only. This program is not valid for Khalti’s web platform.
• Quiz Stars gifting is not allowed.
• If you tap on the back while playing Quiz, then you will not be able to continue Quiz again if you open the app again.
• Usage of Khalti Quiz Stars may change at the discretion of Khalti, at any time.
• If any Khalti users find an incorrect answer or any bugs, then you may report us to quizteam@khalti.com. 
• The Monthly Quiz winner is only eligible to win once a year. Meanwhile, the monthly winners will not be eligible to be weekly winner for the next three months.
• Weekly Quiz winners are eligible to be weekly winners once 3 months. Meanwhile, the Weekly winner will also be eligible to be the Monthly winner of the same month.
• Khalti reserves the right to terminate this program for any reason at its discretion.
• Khalti reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change this program or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Weekly and Monthly winner announcements will be done on Official Facebook Page. 
• This prize cannot be transferred in the name of others or exchanged for money.
• Winner must present themselves at the Khalti Office to claim their Prizes.
• The winner must claim the prize within 15 days of the announcement of the winner. If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified time, the company reserves the right to cancel the prize.
• To claim the prize, the winner must bring one of their official government documents (citizenship, driving license, or passport) which must match the KYC form verified at Khalti. A copy of the same should also be provided.
• A PAN card is mandatory to claim the prizes.
• Khalti reserves the right to cancel plans if suspicious activity is found.
• Khalti reserves the right to disqualify any winner if necessary.
