I want to see my transaction payment receipt?

Go to the ‘Transactions’ option in the bottom navigation menu. You can see all your transactions from the list. In the detailed transaction option, you can view or download your payment receipt.

Can I view previous invoices of my recharge? If yes how?

Yes. We keep track of all your transactions. You can view it from the ‘Transactions’ from the bottom navigation menu.

Can I check if any of my transactions have failed in the transaction history?

Go to the ‘Transactions’ menu from the bottom navigation bar menu. Tap on the funnel icon on the top right corner. Filter transactions according to Status (Failed, Success), Transaction Type, Service, Date.

What are Promo Codes and How to redeem?

We provide various offers and Khalti Promo Codes timely through our Website, App, Facebook posts. On using these promo codes on your transactions you will be able to earn Khalti Credits on your account.

How to redeem a promo code?

Tap on the ‘More’ icon from the bottom navigation menu and go to ‘Coupon’. Enter Coupon code and tap on ‘Redeem’

Can I transfer the balance earned using Coupon to another Khalti account?

The bonus balance earned by using a promo code is not transferable.

I am trying to redeem a coupon but it says please fill KYC. What does this mean?

We set certain terms and conditions while distributing coupon codes. Filling KYC maybe one of the rules. Make sure your KYC is filled and verified to redeem coupon code

Is there any validity date to redeem the coupon?

Yes, we run promo code offers for particular time periods. Please make sure you redeem the coupon code before the expiry date.

I am not able to apply my promo code. What do I do?

Check the Terms and Conditions of the respective promo code. If the Terms and Conditions are satisfied please share the screenshot of the error message at support@khalti.com

I received an expired promo code at the time of purchase of a deal. What do I do?

Khalti app security

For the security of payments, Khalti has App Password and App Transaction Password. Both these passwords are the first 4 characters of your password. App Password is asked every time Khalti app resumes, whereas App Transaction Password is asked before every transaction.

Third-Party Transaction PIN is required for making payments outside Khalti, at merchant sites.
