Job Description: |
● Responsible for Primary Support to new payment gateway integration merchants for integration in onboarding ● Post onboarding tech/nontech support existing KPG merchants and Bazaar merchants ● Support in onboarding new bazaar merchants ● Work Collaboratively for compiling issues reports reported by the Customer support and Bank support departments ● Handle Government merchants to onboard in Khalti ● Visit Govt merchants to clear impediments in the Khali onboarding process.
