Job Description

  1. Evaluate, review, and revise the terms and conditions of the Partnership agreement as per the parties’ requirements
  2. Maintain updated records of documents and timeline of the Agreements
  3. Coordinate with the cross-departmental team regarding Merchant onboarding for Partnership collaboration and onsite promotion
  4. Oversee the distribution and management of all BTL merchandise allocated for the department
  5. Attend and participate in organizing various collaborated events with Clubs and Association
  6. Maintain all the reports related to marketing operations and activities on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  7. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges. Use insights to adjust marketing strategies and improve performance.
  8. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  9. Design and execute marketing campaigns to attract new club members. Develop strategies to increase membership retention and engagement. Collaborate with the team to drive club membership sales.
  10. Monitoring the Partner’s communications channel and ensuring the promotions are being done as per the agreement
  11. Tracking and reporting the progress of Merchants(Transaction Count, Total transaction amount, Revenue Collected and progress chart).
  12. Associate with inactive merchants and prepare action plans to get further involvement and retention.

Job Specification

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Discipline or equivalent Degree. Specialized in Marketing is preferred. 

Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development (preferred: Financial Service sector experience)
