Job Description

 

  1. Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products and services.
  1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
  • Analyze sales data and market conditions to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the sales team.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  1. Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Oversee the documentation process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry regulations.

 

Job Specification

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. · 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
