Job Description
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products and services.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Analyze sales data and market conditions to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Performance Management:
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the sales team.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Oversee the documentation process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry regulations.
Job Specification
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. ·
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
