Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support to customers who have purchased CGH Cable car tickets through the IME Khalti system and assist them in resolving any issues promptly. 
  • Guide customers with proper information regarding ticket usage, travel processes, and related services. 
  • Issue physical tickets at the counter upon customer request. 
  • Facilitate ticket purchases directly from the IME Khalti workstation, including cable car, domestic flights, international flights, and other available services. 
  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and hospitable approach to all visitors. 
  • Perform daily sales transactions and ensure accurate data entry of all bookings and services. 
  • Maintain proper records of daily sales and transactions. 
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to provide daily reports for reconciliation. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Customer service-oriented mindset 
  • Basic knowledge of ticketing systems (domestic & international preferred) 
  • Good data entry and record-keeping skills 
  • Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently 
  • Basic computer proficiency
