We are seeking a Business Development Officer to join our Bluebook team. As a Business development Offer, his/her primary responsibility will be to develop and implement business strategies to meet sales targets and identify potential opportunities.

Job Description

1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
2. Developing and implementing strategies to expand the customer base.
3. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
5. Driving the sales process from lead generation to sales.
6. Working closely with marketing and other internal teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
7. Tracking and reporting on business development activities, sales progress, and achievements.
8. Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
9. Overseeing financial reporting and analysis.
10. Setting clear KPIs for the team and monitoring individual performance
