Job Description
- Drive flight ticket sales through Khalti Agents/POS, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities by expanding the network of travel agents and onboarding new partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue from travel agents.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular visits to travel agencies to strengthen relationships, provide product updates, and gather feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Khalti agents and travel agencies,
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, must have in the domestic airlines industry with a focus on flight ticket sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage and collaborate with travel agents effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities to drive sales and secure long-term partnerships.
- In-depth knowledge of airline ticketing systems, GDS (Global Distribution System), and industry reservation platforms.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet travel agents and attend industry events.
