Job Description:
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the annual budgeting process.
- Help track financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances, and providing insights to senior management.
- Provide financial data analysis and insights for business units, management, and stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain the difference between budgeted and actual results.
- Support the preparation of reports for senior leadership, highlighting key financial trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Assist in maintaining and improving financial systems, dashboards, and tools used for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Support the automation and streamlining of financial reporting and forecasting processes.
- Provide support for ad hoc financial analyses and business cases as needed by management.
- Ensure the organization’s operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and reviews to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance across all business functions.
Qualifications:
- Ongoing Master’s degree or semi-qualified CA.
- 1+ years of experience in financial reporting, controls, or a similar role.
