- The Eligible age is 18 to 60 years.
- Full Name of the insured should be the same as in their government approved IDs.
- Pre-existing illness, Suicides, Undeclared diseases, adventurous activities, Driving under influence are not covered.
- The subscriber must provide accurate and complete information of the insured.
- Claim of Term Life Insurance shall be provided to the nominee on the death of the insured.
- The insured must submit the necessary documents requested by Insurance Companies to proceed for the insurance claims.
- Khalti shall not be held responsible for any issues arising due to discrepancies in details and KYC documents submitted during the claim process.
