Kiran Ban who runs Jansewa Communications at Arjundhara Muncipality of Jhapa. He has been using Khalti to pay utility bills like electricity, telephone, ADSL, Dish Home for his local customers who used to travel as long as 10km and stand in long line to pay utility bills.
