- Offer:
(i) The Delight Cash Back Offer (“Program”) is valid from Aug 1st to 31st July’26
(ii) This Program is run and operated by Tarun Agro Private Limited (“Tarun Agro or Company”), through its Service Provider with the support of KRBL Limited (“KRBL”).
(iii) This Program is open for all customers (“Beneficiary”) located in any state of Nepal. The Beneficiary will be over the age of 18 years and resident of Nepal.
(iv) The Beneficiary hereby agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions (“T&C”) and each Beneficiary agrees to be bound by the T&Cs.
(v) The participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to the T&Cs.
- Program Details:
(i) The Program is applicable in a 20 kg pack and whole-sale pack of 20 kg (4 number x 5 kg) of India Gate Premium Delight Basmati Rice, which is manufactured by KRBL Limited and is imported by Tarun Agro Private Limited. It is hereby clarified that this Program is run and operated by Tarun Agro through its Service Provider with the support of KRBL.
(ii) The Beneficiary will receive a reward cashback coupon on the purchase of India Gate Premium Delight Basmati Rice 20 kg pack and whole-sale pack of 20 kg (4 number x 5 kg). The said cashback coupon will be placed inside the 20 kg pack and inside the whole-sale pack of 20 kg (4 number x 5 kg) India Gate Premium Delight Basmati Rice.
(iii) Each coupon is identified by a quick response code (“QR”) and has the cashback reward of an amount i.e. minimum NPR 50/- to a maximum of NPR 500/-, as mentioned in the coupon.
(iv) Unique QR code mentioned in the coupon is valid for one time use only.
(v) The Beneficiary can participate in the Program a maximum of fifty (50) times from a particular mobile number during the Program Period.
(vi) Each coupon is valid for a limited time only i.e valid from Aug 1st to 31st July’26 and expires on the date specified in the coupon. Each Beneficiary shall claim the coupon benefit before the expiry of coupon.
(vii) Coupons are not transferable and can be redeemed for cash only. The Coupon cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offer or discounts or promotions offered by the Company.
(viii) To redeem the coupon, the Beneficiary shall scan the QR code mentioned on the coupon through the application of the service provider that will lead the Beneficiary to claim the cashback reward received. The Beneficiary shall then be required to add details as required on the registration page such as Name, Mobile number, etc. If the Beneficiary fails to submit the coupon before the expiry period, the Beneficiary will not be eligible for the coupon benefit.
(ix) All payments/rewards against the redemption of coupons are subject to deduction of applicable tax at source (if any) as applicable from time to time.
(x) The cashback as claimed by the Beneficiary shall be added to the e-wallet of the application.
(xi) The Company and/or KRBL shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result the coupon is lost, damaged or destroyed and no cashback will be provided in these circumstances.
(xii) By accessing and using the application, the Beneficiary represents warrants and agrees that:
(a) The Beneficiary is able to create a binding legal obligation;
(b) The use of the application will at all times comply with these Terms and Conditions
(c) The Beneficiary shall provide any and all information as is required and all such information is accurate, true, current, and complete;
(d) This shall constitute permission and consent for the Company and/or KRBL its affiliates or its service providers to store in its database and also use the Beneficiary’s name, mobile numbers, personal sensitive information and other details and information (“Personal Information”) without any additional compensation whatsoever.
(e) This shall also constitute permission for the Company and/or KRBL to share the Personal Information with its affiliates and also with any third party for the facilitation of the Program.
(f) The use of the application shall be deemed to be consent by the Beneficiary to receive promotional messages about the products from the Company and/or KRBL or any third party so authorized by the Company.
(xiii) In order to provide our products and services we may, however, need to share your personal information with other companies within the Company and/or KRBL or third-party service providers or any other third-party that process data on our behalf. We and/or KRBL reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law, or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, request from a regulator or any other legal process served on the Company and/or KRBL.
(xiv) The Company and/or KRBL does not guarantee that the application is perfect or free from faults or the information contained is completely accurate. If the Beneficiary has any issues or concerns related to the application/application, please contact the customer support at 015970017. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information provided by application, the Company makes no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied that such information is accurate, complete or up to date. The application and the services have not been developed to meet your individual requirements. Please check the facilities and functions of the application to meet your requirements.
(xv) Participation in the Program will not incur any charges except the price paid by the Beneficiary for the purchase of India Gate Premium Delight Basmati Rice 20 kg pack and whole-sale pack of 20 kg (4 number x 5 kg). However, Beneficiary may be subject to data and other charges imposed by their network provider for internet usage or messages at the applicable rates. It is the sole responsibility of the Beneficiary to verify and manage these charges. Additionally, if Beneficiary access the Program while roaming in a different circle or zone, they may incur additional roaming charges for internet browsing or messages. The Company shall not be liable for any such charges incurred by the Beneficiary.
(xvi) THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR VIRUSES AND THE BENEFICIARY MUST NOT INTRODUCE THEM
(a) The Company and/or KRBL do not guarantee that the application will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
(b) The Beneficiary is responsible for configuring the information technology computer program and platform to access applications. The Beneficiary should use his/her own virus protection software.
(c) The Beneficiary must not misuse the application by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
(d) The Company and/or KRBL is not responsible for any SPAM generated messages.
(e) The Company and/or KRBL is not responsible for other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
- Other important terms and conditions:
(i) The Company and/or KRBL reserves the right to add, delete, modify and/ or otherwise change any terms and conditions of the Program or application/application and withdraw the Program anytime without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. Therefore, it is important for the Beneficiaries to know the obligations or the rights granted to the Company and/or KRBL or any third party vis-à-vis this Program. Participation in this Program or any service offered constitutes Beneficiary’s full and unconditional acceptance of the same.
(ii) The information on the application may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Company and/or reserves the right to make changes, correction, improvement, interrupt or discontinue any or all of the functionality of its application. The Company and/or KRBL assume no responsibility for any technical error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, loss or damage in the operation of the website and/or participation in the Programe. If for any reason the Programe is not capable of being run as planned, due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the Company and/or KRBL. The Company and/or KRBL may modify, suspend, terminate or recommence the Programe without any further notice.
(iii) The Beneficiary agrees that for the purpose of Program, the Company and/or KRBL or affiliates and/or its service providers and/or any appointed third party may need to collect personal and/or sensitive personal information (“Personal Information”) from the Beneficiary for processing of the relevant benefit or benefits (as the case may be). Each Beneficiary, by participating in the Program, hereby give his or her consent to the collection, storage, retention, analysis, processing or publication and use of such Personal Information for the purpose of this Program and to receive standard communications messages from the Company and/or KRBL, its affiliates and its third-party service providers engaged by the Company and/or KRBL for supporting and administrating the Program.
(iv) The Company and/or KRBL may retain the Personal Information and may continue to use until (i) the relevant purposes for the use of the Personal Information for the Program are no longer applicable; (ii) the Personal Information is no longer required by applicable law, regulations, contractual obligations or legitimate business purposes to retain the same; (iii) the retention of the Personal Information is not required for the Company and/or KRBL, exercise or defense of any legal claim. The Privacy Policy of the Company and/or KRBL can be accessed at the Company’s/KRBL’s website. The acceptance to these terms and conditions and your participation in the Program and/or providing the information is deemed to signify your agreement to the Privacy Policy of the Company and/or KRBL.
(v) The Beneficiaries hereby acknowledge that the entire content of the application, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, interfaces, or code and the selection and arrangements thereof is copyrighted as a collective work under the laws of Nepal, and is the property of the Company and/or KRBL or Service Provider. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names (collectively the “Marks“) on the application/application are trademarks or registered trademarks of and are proprietary to the KRBL and/or the Company. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, transmission, or usage, even partially, of these different Marks, Copyrights is strictly forbidden without the expressly written consent of the Company and KRBL. The failure to comply with this clause constitutes an infringement and the Company and/or KRBL may take civil and criminal action against the infringer.
(vi) The Company and/or KRBL shall not be liable to perform any of its/their respective obligations under the Program or in respect of the benefit where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its/their control in the nature of fire, explosions, natural calamities, pandemic, epidemic, state emergency, riots, or any other force majeure condition, etc., and shall not be liable to compensate the Beneficiaries in these circumstances. The Company and/or KRBL shall not be accountable/liable for any disruptions/stoppages/interruptions or cancellation of the Program due to any government restrictions or any force majeure events including acts of God or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Company and/or KRBL.
(vii) The Beneficiary agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and/or KRBL or its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, service providers, licensor’s, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from your participation in the Program or your breach of any of terms and conditions of the Program.
(ix) In no event shall the Company and/or KRBL or its affiliates or its service providers be liable for any consequential loss, even if such consequential loss was reasonably foreseeable or had been advised of the possibility of incurring it.
(x) Limitation of Liability
(a) The Company and/or will not be responsible for any liability incurred by any Beneficiary, with respect to any aspect of the Program.
(b) The Company and/or KRBL will not, in any way, be liable or under any obligation to any Beneficiary, if the application/application is stopped or withdrawn due to statutory enactments, judicial/quasi-judicial orders or any other reasons beyond its control.
(c) The Company and/or KRBL will not accept responsibility for circumstances that are beyond its reach or control, and that may cause a delay or inability to fulfill requests of any Beneficiary.
(d) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and/or KRBL exclude all warranties and conditions relating to the application/application (including any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill)
(xi) The Beneficiary agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the Company and/or KRBL, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, licensor’s, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from the Beneficiary’s use of application/application or your breach of any of terms and conditions of the application.
(xii) In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and any advertising, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Program, these T&Cs shall prevail.
(xiii) No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of this Program or accepting the terms and conditions of this Program and neither party has any authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect.
(xiv) The rights and obligations of the parties under this Program will be governed by the laws of Nepal. All disputes will be subject to Court at Kathmandu, Nepal alone and to the exclusion of the Courts at any other place.
