- Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable unless the event is canceled or postponed by the organizers.
- Each ticket is valid for only one person.
- Club Season Ticket will be Valid for matches of the respective club only. Club season tickets will not be valid during qualifier 1, qualifier 2, eliminator and final match day.
- Physical tickets shall be collected from the Box Office at the venue at least 1 hour prior to the event time. In case of failure to collect the tickets within time by the buyer, tickets are non-refundable.
- Ticket holders are fully responsible for themselves and their dependents.
- Tickets cannot be resold, transferred, or used for commercial, promotional, or bundled purposes without prior authorization. Any violation of this policy may result in legal action.
- Admission may be denied or ejection enforced without refund for:
- Invalid ticket presentation, rule violations, or failure to follow instructions.
- Unauthorized entry to restricted areas or possession of prohibited items.
- Prohibited Items include:
- Outside food, water, alcoholic beverage, metal cans, fireworks, weapons, flares, political or offensive banners.
- Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and other dangerous items.
- Security searches are mandatory; refusal may result in denied entry or ejection without refund.
- The event organizer or ticketing partner is not liable for the loss of personal belongings or any unforeseen incidents occurring during the event.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the stadium and box office area.
- Attendance is at the ticket holder’s own risk; Organizers or ticketing partners or associated entities are not liable for the loss of the ticket.
- Latecomers will be denied entry & no-refund will be provided.
- Any Physical handling or creating nuisance will be subject to the legal actions.
- If the ticket is scanned and, under any circumstances, entry is denied, the ticketing partner or event organizers and any associated entities will not be held liable, and no refund will be provided.
