Retail Officer – Insurance Business
Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain relationships with agents in the Khalti network to promote
insurance products.
● Responsible for the growth of DOFE Insurance business and other insurance products of
Khalti through the existing Khalti agent network.
● Drive sales and achieve targets for insurance products in the retail sector.
● Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements:
● Experience in retail insurance sales, particularly in the DOFE insurance business, with
additional experience in other insurance domains being an added advantage.
● Possession of a valid two-wheeler and license
● Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively
interact with agents, clients, and internal teams.
