Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand our QR code payment network.
•Provide training and support to retail partners on how to use our digital wallet for transactions.
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners to drive adoption and usage of our services.
•Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by retail partners in a timely and effective manner.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns to increase customer footfall at retail partner locations.
•Monitor and analyze QR code payment trends, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
•Gather feedback from retail partners and customers to help enhance our products and services.
•Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings to maintain our competitive edge.
•Prepare regular reports on QR code payment performance and present findings to the management team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or a similar role.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
•Proficiency in using digital wallet services and QR code technology is a plus.
•Knowledge of the digital payments industry and emerging trends.
