Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide information or direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and organized reception area at all times.
Consumer Issue Handling
- Identify consumer issues and promptly transfer them to the concerned department for resolution.
- Ensure proper follow-up and documentation of consumer concerns as required.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage scheduling of interviews, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Maintain proper records of bookings and ensure timely communication with concerned staff.
Administrative Support
- Maintain reports of cheque issuance and update records accurately.
- Prepare and update sheets, logs, and other reception-related documentation.
- Provide general administrative assistance to support office operations as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a front-desk role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment handling.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-service orientation.
