KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the regular update of marketing content, ongoing campaigns, and planned activities.
  • Maintaining inter and intra-departmental communication and coordination to manage creative and campaign requirements in alignment with the Core Brand Team.
  • Assisting in the production, editing and communicating crucial updates (including but not limited to campaign live, campaign requirements etc.) and other communications with relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Increase organizational efficiency through working in conjunction with the Core Brand Team, Merchant Marketing Team, Events Team and User Team to understand, formulate and execute the communications and Go-to-Market Strategy.
  • Lead in growing key IPs of Khalti including but not limited to ideating routine campaigns/offers to increase user engagement, formulate strategies to increase visibility of IPs through various channels, and promoting IPs via different channels in coordination with several teams inside marketing.
  • Maintain cordial relationships with the media and manage them to ensure good earned media coverage.
  • Fostering and participating in the development and implementation of strategic plans and campaigns.
  • Conducting research and compiling information regarding existing and prospective vendors/partners for collaboration in the development of marketing plans, presentations and proposals for Khalti’s flagship campaigns. 
  • Assist supervisor with preparation of monthly brand/campaign reports.
  • Perform proofreading and editing to all marketing materials and documents.
  • Managing all third-party agreements related to core brand and marketing activities
  • Working with the content team on the announcement of new offers, campaigns, partners promotions, and noteworthy transactions. 
  • Providing support to practice group/area leaders on other strategic business development and promotional initiatives as needed. 
  • Additional Duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications/Skills 

  • Very strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision. 
  • An interest in and ability to understand the business environment, including industry terminology. 
  • Experience working independently as well as within cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional environment. 
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • An ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. 
  • Enthusiasm and dedication to the development of a professional Fintech marketing career. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) IS highly desirable. 
  • Sound professional judgment.
